Details
Global HSE Associates required a complete digital system to replace their paper-based statutory inspection workflow under the Factories Act 1948. The client — a DISH Gujarat recognised Competent Person with registration GUJ/DISH/CPT/A/0653/2017 — was manually tracking certificate renewals and generating reports on paper, creating risk of missed renewals and compliance failures for their factory clients.
We designed and built a standalone Windows desktop application that handles the complete inspection lifecycle — from filling statutory forms to generating print-ready certificates with the inspector's signature and rubber stamp embedded automatically. The system runs entirely on a local office network with no internet dependency, no cloud subscription, and zero recurring costs.
The software is currently in daily production use, managing live statutory compliance for industrial factories across Gujarat.

Global HSE Associates was managing all statutory inspection certificates manually — paper forms, handwritten records, and no system to track expiry dates across multiple client factories. Missing a certificate renewal meant their factory clients risked failing government inspections under the Factories Act 1948. With 5 different statutory form types and dozens of active certificates, manual tracking was no longer sustainable.
Solutions
We built a complete offline Windows desktop application covering all 5 statutory certificate types — Form 9 (Hoists & Lifts), Form 10 (Lifting Machines & Cranes), Form 11 (Pressure Vessels), Centrifuge, and PSV. The system generates branded, print-ready PDF certificates with the inspector's signature and rubber stamp embedded automatically. A real-time compliance dashboard tracks expiry dates across all form types with colour-coded alerts, and an automated monthly backup system protects all records with missed-backup recovery on startup.
Success Metric
The software is live and in daily production use at Global HSE Associates. Certificate generation time dropped from hours to minutes. Expiry tracking is now fully automated — no renewal is missed. The entire inspection business now runs on a single system with multi-user access, secure logins, and complete audit trail. Market value of this system is ₹2,00,000+.
